Clinical nomograms, honest limits

Penis Size Calculator

Separate length and girth percentiles from clinician-measured data. No fake “combined percentile,” no made-up volume rank, and no pretending one study measured 15,521 erect penises.

Erect length: n=692Erect girth: n=381Runs locally: your inputs stay in-browser2025 context: 5,669 erect-length measurements

Enter your measurements

Use an erect, bone-pressed length and mid-shaft circumference. Measuring consistently matters more than chasing a tenth of an inch.

in
in

Length = pubic bone to tip along the top side, gently pressing through the fat pad. Girth = circumference around the mid-shaft without pulling the tape tight.

in

If entered, we show your percentage change from flaccid to erect. There is no universal grower/shower cutoff; the displayed range uses one 2026 clinical clustering study only as context.

Measure once, then measure again another day.
  1. Use a rigid ruler for length and a soft tape/string for girth.
  2. Measure at full erection, from the same position each time.
  3. Do not compare a bone-pressed measurement with somebody else's non-bone-pressed claim.

What the calculator actually uses

13.12 cm / 5.16 inVeale 2015 pooled mean erect length, SD 1.66 cm, n=692.
11.66 cm / 4.59 inVeale 2015 pooled mean erect circumference, SD 1.10 cm, n=381.
13.84 cm / 5.45 in2025 clinical meta-analysis mean erect length, n=5,669. Shown as newer context, not used to invent an SD or percentile.
11.91 cm / 4.69 in2025 clinical meta-analysis mean erect circumference, n=5,168.

Your measurement profile

Length and girth stay separate because the literature does not provide a validated “combined percentile.” The overall-size ratio below is geometry, not a clinical percentile.

Add flaccid length to calculate.

Actual measurement bell curve

The X-axis is centimeters, not percentiles. Your marker sits on the Veale erect-length model.

Length × girth profile

A two-axis view instead of pretending two percentiles combine into one validated rank.

Measurement sensitivity

A 2 mm measurement difference can move the percentile, especially around the center of the distribution. We show that range instead of pretending the last decimal is meaningful.

What changed in newer research?

The 2025 review included 36,883 men overall and substantially more erect measurements than Veale. Its mean erect length and girth were slightly higher. Because it reports pooled SE rather than the same SD-based nomogram, we use it as context rather than manufacturing a new percentile curve.

Fun comparisons that are actually math

These use your modeled erect-length percentile. They are probability games, not measurements of your actual friends or any promise about a real room full of people.

Are you likely the biggest in your friend group?

Pick the total number of guys, including you. The model assumes everybody else is an independent random draw from the same adult reference distribution.

5
—Chance you're biggest
—Chance someone is bigger
—Expected guys bigger

Calculate your profile first.

Model: P(biggest) = p^(n−1), where p is your erect-length percentile as a proportion.

How many guys until someone bigger is likely?

Choose how much certainty you want. This finds the smallest random group, including you, where the model reaches that chance of at least one larger guy.

Calculate your profile first.

Solved from 1 − p^(n−1) ≥ target. Extreme-tail results are deliberately shown less precisely.

Compare yourself with a porn-size claim

Enter a number you saw advertised or claimed. PenisStats does not guess a performer's “real” size; it simply places the claim, your measurement, and the clinical mean on the same modeled curve.

Quick claims
Generic claim. No performer measurement is being verified.
—Claim's modeled percentile
—Above clinical mean
—Difference from you
Calculate your profile first.
The farther a claim sits into the extreme tail, the less defensible an exact prevalence becomes. A modeled marker is not independent verification of the claim.

Why there is no “combined percentile” anymore

The old calculator took the geometric mean of your length percentile and girth percentile. That produces a number, but it is not a validated joint percentile. A proper joint rank would require a trustworthy bivariate distribution, including the correlation between length and girth. We do not have that from the Veale nomogram dataset.

Length percentile

Supported by a published pooled mean and SD.

Girth percentile

Supported independently by its own pooled mean and SD.

Two-axis profile

Shows both honestly without inventing a single prestige score.
